Ingredients
1 bottle ginger beer - the extra gingery with a nice burn
1 clementine for shaving and garnish
2 - 2 1/2 oz scotch whiskey
Ice
Grater
Pint glass
Fill 1/2 the pint glass with ice and add 1/4 to 1/2 of a clementine's skin. Stir in the whiskey and pour in the ginger beer.
