Yummy Salad!
Mesclun = mixed herbs like spring mix
1/2 cup of rotini pasta
emmental rectangle shaves = swiss, gruyere, emmentaller
dinde au four- roasted turkey --> rolled up one large slice and sliced
fresh melon = scooped out like shavings
dressing = mustard with herbs + balsamic + olive oil.
