Chateaux la Croix Montlabert 2006 St.Emilion

Wonderful vin de Bordeaux..nicely dry and dark fruity..It went well with the spicy and garlicky homemade hummus on cheese bread with tomme de noir.

Great for a glass on its own for accompaniment, would even accompany a ribeye well! 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, they recommend decanting it for about an hour and a half...I unfortunately have not invested in a decanter!
