Tuna salad pasta =) Mangia Mangia!

Ingredients for about 4 servings

medium sauce pan
1 pack spaghetti (I used corn based)
with enough water to cover the pasta completely plus an inch or so above the pasta when inside the sauce pan
1 cube olive oil & basil bouillon
1/2-1 cup water in a small cup

Bring water in the medium sauce pan up to a boil, and add spaghetti, cook for 9-10 minutes or until al-dente. When it reaches it's cooking point, drain and place back in the sauce pan. In the small cup with 1/2-1 cup of water, add the cube and stick it in the microwave for about 1 minute. When done, mix with a spoon and add to the drained pasta in the sauce pan.


Tuna salad
2 cans tuna drained
1 med lima bean can drained
1 small kernels of corn can drained
1/2-3/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp light mayonnaise
ras el hanout to taste
pepper to taste

Add all the above to a mixing bowl and fulfill what it's used for...Mix!


Serve the tuna salad on a bed of spaghetti with some harissa on the side to spice it up =) Enjoy!
