Cornbread

MIddle rack 400 (204 celsius) fahrenheit
22 minutes
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 2/3 cups milk
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt


In a mixing bowl add dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Combine all!
Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 22 and it should be browned on the outsides and wet on the inside...put for another 15-20 at 300 F until insides are moist and baked. Serve with butter!
